Baseball Finally!

We ended Baseball finally the middle of June. Here are some pictures from Jessi's team party.

Santa came to the party and gave each of the kids a gift certificate to Toys R' Us.

Then Jessi received a certificate, a trophy and a pin.

Silly Summer kids

Jessi being Jessi

Bowling summer 2011

The bowling alley close to our house has a great summer bowling program for kids. They can get one free game and free shoe rental every day as long as you finish your game before 5pm. So because we are always looking for something fun and cheep to do as a family for FHE we went. We only had to pay $10 for MJ to bowl. It was great! I have taken then a few other times by myself but didn't take the camera those times.

Monterey Aquarium June 2011

We had a free day with MJ again so we went down to the aquarium to enjoy a day together as a family. Here are some pictures from our day.

The touch pools were a hit, until Hunter started to try to lick the water.

The rays are Jessi's favorite part. Unfortunately they weren't cooperating and were staying in the back of the tank where she couldn't reach them to touch them.

But we did see some through the glass, along with some cool sharks.

Then we went to the bigger tanks. The dark picture is with my flash, and the bottom two is what it really looks like.

Hunter had a great time in the baby area playing with shapes and the water. Again with the trying to drink it though.

Jessi and Tanner had a lot of fun in the big kid area too.

Of course they had to be goof balls for the group pictures.

I think the turtles were the favorite part for everyone. They were very interactive.

And of course the penguins are always a hit too.

Happy Hollow June 2011

We were able to go to Happy Hollow again with some of our friends from school last month. We had a great time and the kids did really well. I borrowed the wagon and they all piled in. Here are some pictures from our day.

Big Basin May 2011

In May, we had a few hours to do something as a family. We literally had about 4hours, and we decided to go to Big Basin. The drive took longer than we thought and the park was crazy, so we had to park pretty far away from the hike we usually do, so we ended up a little rushed. The kids didn't really know the difference, they enjoyed it anyway. Here are a few pictures of our little adventure.
